Explorations In Creating Your Day, An Attraction-Based Guided Journaling Practice
The intention of this journal is to get you in the habit of intentionally creating your ideal day. The journal is designed to take you through the three stages of the attraction process: bringing clarity to your desires, focusing your attention on what you want and allowing it in.
The Customized Explorations Journaling Practice uses exploration, repetition and feeling good to alter and expand what you are able to attract into your life. Exploring each guided question in writing (4 to 7 days a week for 5 weeks--about 30 days) is the key to building new habits that will have you working with the Law of Attraction to create new thoughts, new actions and new results around in anything you are up to.
